Peter Friedman
Peter has been an active member of the advertising and commercial production business for over five decades.
In the late 1980’s, he was chosen to create and manage a commercial production company for George Lucas and Lucasfilm.
In the mid 1990’s, Nike Inc. hired him to become their first Global Head of Television. Peter traveled the world overseeing Nike commercial production.
In 1999, Peter returned to New York to run the broadcast production department at McCann Erickson Worldwide.
In 2007, Peter became Executive Producer/General Manager of
PGA TOUR Entertainment. As the General Manager, he ran a full-service production studio and created an original content group.
Peter left PGA TOUR Entertainment in 2010 to start his own media production consulting company working for a variety of clients including Samsung, Nike, Bacardi, Beats, Dolby and The Springhill Company.
In 2024, he co-wrote and published a best-selling book called “I’ll Get the Tip…Moments between the World’s Biggest Stars and an Unknown Ad Guy”
